I can adjust the workouts to suit whatever equipment we do have, there are lots of useful things at home for lifting weights as it doesn’t necessarily have to be a dumbbell or barbell or kettlebell etc

Provided you stick to our plan and give 110% effort to each and every workout you will notice physical improvements within the first month. In terms of appearance and body composition you may notice slight improvements, however this is much more dependent on your nutrition, and it will take longer to achieve your ‘dream body’ than it will to achieve physical improvements in strength, endurance and mobility.

However, I always want people to stick to the plan and if that means altering the food choices but staying within the macronutrients then that is something that can absolutely be discussed once we begin working together.
