Weekly check-ins (Sundays/Mondays depending on where you are in the world) so that we can keep on top of training and progress and make any necessary changes in order to keep you on the best track to your peak of fitness.

1 month coaching: Discounted from £120 a month to £100 a month (cheaper than 1 session per week with me £30 a session for members £35 for non-members)
3 months coaching: (£120×3=£360) Discounted rate of £330

A lifestyle audit to understand your unique needs, challenges, motivations and goals

- Do you drink/smoke? If so, how often? (Be as honest as possible otherwise my advice will be less effective!)
